Privacy policy

Last updated: October 6, 2026

Patio Elite respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this site, why we collect it, who it is shared with and what your rights are, in accordance with Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector.

Information we collect

We only collect the information you give us yourself, through the quote form, by email or by phone:

  • your first and last name;
  • your email address;
  • your phone number and city, if you choose to provide them;
  • the type of project and the details you share about it.

Why we collect it

We use this information to answer your request, prepare your quote and, if you hire us, plan and carry out the project. We do not sell it, rent it or use it for any other purpose without your consent.

Service providers

Requests sent through the form are stored in Google Forms (Google), which forwards them to us by email. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes the technical data needed to run and secure it, such as your IP address.

The video on the home page is hosted by Vimeo. It only loads if you click to play it, in “do not track” mode.

These providers may process information outside Quebec, including in the United States. They only have access to it to provide their service.

Visitor statistics and cookies

We measure traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics, a tool that uses no cookies and does not follow visitors from site to site. It gives us overall figures, such as visits per page, without identifying you. The site itself sets no cookies in your browser.

Retention and security

We keep your information only as long as needed to answer your request and, where applicable, to carry out your project and meet our legal obligations, such as warranty or accounting requirements. It is then destroyed. Only the people who need it to handle your request have access to it.

Your rights

You may at any time ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent to its use. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
